Google Acquires Nik Software

Only time will tell if it's a good or a bad move that Google has acquired the Nik software company.  Many will know Nik for their iPhone app Snapseed but photographers will know them for some of their great plugins for Photoshop and Aperture like Silver Effect Pro and Color Efex Pro.
